Eureka is the cloud-based data infrastructure that fully integrates into operational processes with built-in security, governance and collaboration. The purpose of this card is to be given to clients during meetings in order to learn about the proprietary infrastructure developed by the company.
Servicing App Release
LoanCare partnered with its sister company, EXOS, to redesign the mobile app. In order to announce the update to its over 1.4 million customers, a mail insert attached to each monthly statement was sent out along with an email to those subscribed to paperless statements. (private label option available)
Customers had to simply click on the App Store icons or scan the QR code printed on the back of insert.
